Your planning route

No selected proposal · Planning route unverified

Design targets are screened against standard England householder rules, not measured or legally certified. No answers about your building are assumed from an image.

Clarify your property

Is the property in England?

Is the property a listed building?

Is it in a conservation area, National Park, the Broads, National Landscape, World Heritage Site or SSSI?

Are the relevant PD rights removed by an Article 4 direction or planning condition?

Still to verify

  • Choose a proposal first.
  • This saved option has no geometry assessment. Analyse the home again before relying on a PD label.
  • Confirm the home is in England.
  • Confirm listed-building status.
  • Confirm designated-land status.
  • Confirm Article 4 directions and restrictive planning conditions.
  • A measured survey, original-house history, boundary distances, materials and the complete applicable GPDO conditions. Sample postcode constraints do not establish eligibility.

Potential PD design only — property facts, dimensions and all applicable conditions still require verification.
